Prepare computer for installation:
Before installing the Point-HD Trainer, ensure that the computer you are installing onto is correctly updated.
1. Check all Microsoft Updates currently available have been installed, ensure updates include Dot Net 3.5 or 4
2. Update your graphics driver with the latest drivers, it is recommended to use NVIDIA Geforce graphics for optimal performance (GeForce GTX 760), Point-HD Trainer will work with Intel and ATI graphics, however for best results use NVIDIA Graphics card.
3. If installing on a Windows 8.1 computer then disable DPI Scaling before running Point-HD Trainer.
Installing Point-HD Trainer:
Install the Klite Codec Pack, choose minimal option if prompted and follow on screen setup instructions.
After installing Klite Codec Pack, right click on the Codec Settings backup file and select “Run as Administrator”, this should complete installation within a few seconds – you will just see a
screen flash up and close.
Double click on the Point-HD Samples file and let that install.
Right click on the Point-HD Setup file and select Run as administrator and let that install following the onscreen instructions.
The scene files are optional and are intended for use with 64bit installation of windows & 1920 x 1080 resolutions, if you are running 32 bit then please contact us for further details on sample scene files.
Activate Point-HD license:
If during the trial period you wish to purchase the full version, then click on the button marked Enter Key when Point-HD Trainer is launched and email us the Hardware Fingerprint number.
Upon purchase you will be emailed a license key file, copy and paste the key and registered name and click ok to activate to full version.

Recommended System:
Point-HD Trainer: Intel based processor, Dual head graphics card with DVI, VGA or HDMI outputs (Most laptop’s have a secondary VGA output), Nvidia based graphics chipset / card for maximum performance (ATI and Intel based graphics will also work however the performance may be impacted), 4GB Ram, Windows XP, Vista or 7 either 32 or 64Bit versions, All current Microsoft .NET updates and service packs, Current graphics and chipset drivers relevant to the computers hardware build.
The validation tool allows you to quickly check if your intended computer or laptop will be OK to run the Point-HD Trainer application.
